WHERE can we mediate?

Mediation can take place online via ZOOM, Microsoft TEAMS, or other online meeting sites.  Mediation can also  take place in person, at one of our convenient locations or on site, as the parties decide!

When facing the complexities of divorce, turning to mediation offers a compelling alternative to navigating the court system. Opting for court proceedings can be financially burdensome, lengthy, and emotionally taxing for both parties involved. However, with divorce mediation, individuals are provided with a neutral mediator who facilitates constructive dialogue and fosters a confidential, private environment conducive to reaching agreements. This approach proves beneficial across a spectrum of scenarios, spanning from resolving issues within divorce and family matters to addressing corporate conflicts and estate settlements. Acting as a neutral third party, the mediator endeavors to enhance communication between disputing parties and seeks viable avenues for amicable resolution.

Can you have a lawyer or representative present for the mediation session?

Yes! Your lawyer can attend and you can always consult with your lawyer. Your lawyer will observe and the mediator will guide the process.

How much does mediation cost?

Our fees are reasonable and at a fraction of the cost of attorneys in drawn out court cases. Contact us now for a consultation and assessment of fees. Most matters can be resolved in a 4-8 hour mediation session and fees range from $1,000 to $4,000.00
